The Apprentice Los Angeles just turn out to be very successful and excited in the last episode ~~ The sixth apprentice of Donald Trump is the biggest star for California -- Stefani !!! My love, my dear, a 99% perfect woman, who's pretty, sexy, funny and tough --of coz just tough on business I hope:) huhu~~ You may wonder what the remaining 1% is? It may be... that I really don't recall anything imperfect, or... I can't date her, haha~ Am I adoring her? Absolutely!

 

   I've no idea that she's coming from LA till the last boardroom. I think it's great for the people in Califonia. They'll be so proud of her. She's such an outstanding presentor in the boardroom when Trump said "you may just tell me to hire James" when she gave positive comments about her opponent. She defended herself with the statement that "I think you should hire me then let me hire James". That really impressed Trump I guess. Although Ivonka questioned about her leadership and showed a lot of concerns that her never step up as a leadership, it's because of the strategy or the lack of leadership to deal with teammates, Stef just explain her advantage of taking everything under control behind the scene, lubricating and facilitating the team in every single task, and driving the entire team coming down to the end of the process. This statement really reverse the bad situation and leading to the win.

 

   In contrast, James seems too quiet and not convincing at all. Is he coming with a good wining record? Yes. Good capability of leading and delegating in projects? Yes. Is he smart enough to hand over one company of the Trump Organization? Yes. But I can't see the desire, the thirst. Maybe because of the eastern culture or the attitude of letting the boss decide. I don't know. But here, we have the next apprentice, the most gorgeous one ever!

心情随天气，燥热，更燥热……

期盼一切尘埃落定，我喜欢没有喧嚣的生活

   I had the interview with Airport Authority Hong Kong this afternoon. Many friends care about how it's going on. I had to tell that all the candidates are amazing: everyone's got exchange experiences, everyone's got an international vision and really communicate well with each other, and everyone's looking is quite presentable^_^.

   But referring to the interview process, it's kind of boring I think. SHL Numerical Test first, self introduction next, give a short presentation of a given theme related to airport & the management competency, then group discussion (I still can't figure out why individual presentation come up before group discussion), and a Verbal Test ended up the process. I don't really show my ambition to stand out, just finish it with an uncertain heart. I can't even 100% focus on the written test maybe because of lack of practice of both numerial & verbal. I think that's problematic although I think I impressed the interviewers by my backgroud and experienced (very connected to HK). So, I wil be surprised if my name can showed on the notice of final interview. But y'know, everything's still unpredictable. I just wanna wish other guys good luck !~

Today the big event is we are going to show on the 1st round in the Business English Challenge contest. We are really professional, different from the kids from year 2 or year 3. I team up with a Master guy and a Ph.D gal,who are expected to be very strong players in this contest. I enjoy the communication with them: we have same mindset, similar characters as well as outstanding skills. I believe we are strong candidate for the final. Of course, now it's just first round, I am looking forward to experiencing progress in this process.

 

Our Team Core Concept

   The chapter 12 of season 6 in the Apprentice, it's a long story and turns out to be a surpirse. Maybe no one would believe the result from the very beginning. But what? You may say it has been predetemined since Kristine picked Nicole as a team member. However, I can't even believe the disasters coming up at the end in the presentations. Happy to see my star Stefini wins again in the task. She's gonna to be on of the final two ^_^

 

First: Presentation Skills

"James: In business, it's all about presenting, it's all about the sales, it's all about gaining the respect from the audience."

  This is the reason I love James. Not only 'cause he's Asian, he's Korean, but he always gets the keys to success. He is a great businessman who I believe has great potential as well 'cause he's smart and learn fast. If you can catch the points, and work hard in the right direction, you'll make it sooner or later. Talking back on presentation skills, Stefini is undoubtedly the star. She not only catches other's attention by her amazing looking, but also the comfortable tone and tempo in speech. Flashing back to the material preparation, she and James together designed an distinguished concept for the sales campain and came out with an impressive visual presentation. Win the audience, then win the business!

 

Second:The Ability to Fight

"James: I cannot believe that Mr. Trump even has a patience for what's going on right now. I feel like Mr.Trump is this close to firing like a lot of people, maybe four people tonight."

   I 100% agree. Mr. Trump is very angry with the other two teams: wrong number on Kristine's brochure and Heidi's "Marketing Campain" without any theme. I would not be surprised if the both teams have been fired. However, it's a TV show. Keeping more people in the game would certainly raise the rating next week. So it's been narrowed down to the people who take the credit of the faults. No doubt that Heidi dropped the ball in presentation and the brochure, what makes worse is Heidi lied about what's going on and blame Frank first then herself a lot. You can't make up a different story to blame on someone else in the boardroom. No surprise she's been fired. Frank deserves staying 'cause he fights.

 

Third: Team-up strategy

"Kristine: I made a wrong strategy move two days ago, thinking that I can take Heidi down by going with Nichole."

   I admit once I watch Kristine picking Nichole, it's the start of the fall of project. Team with the strong player is very important if you want to win till the end. The subsequence would be totally different if Kristine insisted to team with Heidi. Seems James is wise man. He know the different value of Frank and Stefini. Frank is passionate, can just go and excute the plan, while Stef is more organized and easier to manage. He and Stef have same mindset and can get things done without too much fight and argument. James gave up Nicky and Franky in a row so that he can gain the advantage from being aside by Stef. For me, I would also insist to stay with the strongest ones, to get through tough projects, to learn from others and to grow to be stronger. Hey, this is kind of like in "survivor"!

 

我一直想去太子湾，但是一直不知道是这么美的地方。所以，作为西湖为数不多的收费景点之一，也算是情有可原。

 

去之前我一直不知道，太子湾是婚礼拍摄的基地，进去到出来，陆陆续续看见几十对新人在拍婚纱照。可能是赶着大太阳天，光线好吧。便宜了我这个路人，我举起相机，留下了足以这足以让他们终身难忘的一刻。我想我也会期望吧，等到将来了，我一定也会坚持到杭州西湖来拍结婚照。毕竟，这里留过别人的温馨、浪漫、和无数的祝福。

 

郁金香花展让即将过花期的樱花黯然失色，而新娘子白色的长裙，又让郁金香羞合。天气不错，心情自然就开朗。忽然发现，自己对摄影还是有点点兴趣和基础的。学学吧，对于很多人，这是工具，这是工作——但对我，摄影，是一种生活态度。

 

我们生活在不安的世界里，来到了一个不安的年代，然后进入一个不安的年龄。

季节，总是成为人们无理性埋怨的对象。不管是开心，释怀，解脱还是伤心，背后的那种不确定，都是让人窒息的挥之不去的感情。

静静地等待着闹剧平息，这不是风波，只是一种习惯而已。距离不仅让我们走近彼此，也让我们远离。

有樱花的季节，注定还是美丽。我悄悄驻足，还是花上点心思和微笑来逃离。
